Purchases
| Up to £499,999 | 2% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price |
| £500,000 - £999,999 | 1.5% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price |
| £1m to £3m | 1.25% of the purchase price or 12%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price |
| £3m+ | we operate a discretionary fee structure |
Our aim to make our service self-funding through tough negotiating - we work for you, the better deal you get, the happier we are. Why? Because we want you to recommend us to your friends and colleagues and come back to use our services again and again.
Rentals
Rental Search Fee -10% of the annual rental value payable on signing the tenancy agreement.
If you terminate our engagement and proceed to purchase or rent a property originally introduced by Property Investment Providers within 12 months of the termination date, the full fee is applicable.
Corporate & Private Fees Registration Fee
A standard non-refundable retainer of £1,500 pays for a property consultant to work with you for up to six months or until completion of the purchase of the property. In the unlikely event that we are still searching for a property for you after six months, £1000 is due but this is wholly refundable from your end fee. The rest of the fee is calculated by taking % (see table above) of the final property or land purchase price. This will be due on successful completion on your property. A minimum total fee of £6,500 + fee + VAT does apply. There are no hidden costs as the retainer covers all of the expenses of your property search agent.
Orientation Visits
- A one-day chauffeured area orientation is included within the registration fee.
- We give a guide to properties available for sale or rent and advice on the local area
- Further days are charged at £250 / day
